welcome to the academy

We are a well-traveled team of supply chain practitioners, instructional designers, visual storytellers, and animation artists. We are passionate about making learning fun. Ultimately, our goal is to help industrial teams do a better job tomorrow than they did yesterday.

What we do

We create engaging and inspiring learning experiences for industrial supply chains. Our toolbox is loaded with digital technology allowing us to tell visual stories that will help your people learn their jobs better, faster and safer. You can access amazing content, any time, on any device.

How we do it

We create new content every day and host it at mroacademy.com. We also build custom content that is tailored to your needs. We start with what you want to improve in your business and we design “courses”, that are concise and to the point. Not a single course is longer than 5 minutes. And we help you launch it to create a workforce that is engaged like they have never been before.

How you buy it

MRO Academy is really a learning platform. We host the application in the cloud, and we load it with the best industrial learning material that you have ever seen. You subscribe to the service and can access as many courses as you like, as often as you like. Fees are based on the size of your organization. You can also buy cool custom content that is sold on a flat rate basis.
